Effects of changing company’s name

The change of name will not affect any rights or obligations of the company, and any legal proceedings can continue against or by the company under its former or new name.

How to Change a Company’s Name?

Name Availability

Once all documents are verified, we will check the availability of your chosen new name. If the RoC confirms the availability, a special resolution will be passed, and the AOA and MOA will be altered accordingly to reflect the new name.

Applying to ROC

After passing the special resolution, it will be submitted to the RoC in Form MGT 14. Additionally, we will file Form INC 24 along with the required documents and fees. Upon approval, the RoC will issue a new Certificate of Incorporation, reflecting the change in name.
